Spicy cold baked pork

  • 2 kg pork sirloin
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 black eyed peas
  • 1 tsp marjoram
  • 1/3 glass of salt
  • 1 tsp black ground pepper
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 2.5 l (liter) of water

Cooking

Pour water in a heavy pan. Add all spices, mayonnaise, and garlic. Boil the ingredients and cool them. Place pork in the cold marinade and bring it to boil. Then cook the meat for 5 minutes and turn off the fire. Leave the pork in the pan for a night. Then bring the pork to boil again and cook it for 5 minutes. Leave the meat in the marinade for a couple of hours.

Then take out the meat, roll it in the paper and keep in the fridge.
