Apple cakes

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 80 g of dairy butter
  • 1 tbsp of sour cream
  • 0.50 tsp of baking powder
  • 200 g of flour
  • 4 apples

Cooking

Mix the eggs, sugar, sour cream, dairy butter, and baking powder. Knead the pastry. Wash and peel apples. Cut off the cores and cube the apples. Grease the baking trays with dairy butter. Place the pastry there. Add 1 tbsp of apples. Then put 1 tbsp of pastry above each cake. Heat the oven and bake the cakes for 30 minutes at 200°C.
