Apricot sauce with apple and pear

7_720Ingredients (4 portions):

  • 60 g of dried apricots
  • 1 apple
  • 4 tbsp of water
  • 1 pear
  • 1 tbsp of rice
  • 2 tbsp of milk

Cooking

Cube dried apricots and cut the apple finely. Place them in the pan with water. Cover the pan and boil the ingredients for 5 minutes. Add finely cut pear and boil the sauce for 5 minutes more. Pour it in the blender and whip thoroughly. Combine boiled rice with milk. Then add fruits and mix everything properly.

Tip! Instead of rice you can use banana. However you can't freeze banana. That's why you can freeze the fruit sauce and add banana before serving.
