- 3-4 apples
- 2 medium carrots
- a handful of raisins
- 5-6 apricot halves
- a handful of walnuts
- 5-6 tbsp sour cream
- 2 tbsp honey
Rinse and dry the apples. Cut the top of the fruits and use a spoon to scoop out the flesh. Grease a baking sheet with sunflower oil and arrange the apples there. Add 4-5 tbsp of water and bake the fruits at 180 – 200°C (356 – 392°F) for 25-30 minutes until the apples and soft and cooked through.
Peel carrots and grate them. Add raisins and sliced apricot halves. Dress the ingredients with the combined honey and sour cream.
Transfer the baked apples to a plate. Let them cool. Divide the filling between the apples and stuff them carefully. Pour the fruits with honey and top with walnuts.
