Banana and Honey Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 500 ml milk
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • some ice cubes
  • 55 ml high-fat cream
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg

Cooking

Peel a banana and chop it. Combine the banana, milk, honey, cream, ground nutmeg, and ice cubes in a blender jug. Blend the ingredients until smooth.
