Banana apple purée

Cook a healthy and bright breakfast for your baby. The banana apple purée is full of essential vitamins and nutrients, doesn’t take much time to cook and is really delicious.

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 apple
  • 1 tsp honey
  • a pinch of cinnamon

Cooking

Wash an apple, peel, core it and cut into medium pieces. Peel and slice a banana. Combine the ingredients and place them in a blender. Add honey and cinnamon. Blend everything until smooth. Transfer the fruit puree into a serving bowl. Cool it a little and then serve.
