Banana pie

Pastry

  • 150 g of flour
  • 80 g of starch
  • 1 tsp of soda
  • 200 g of margarine
  • 3/4 glass of sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 10 g of vanilla sugar
  • salt (tip of the knife)

Filling

  • 2 bananas
  • 2 apples
  • 2 tbsp of raisins
  • 1 tbsp of sugar
  • 0,5 glass of walnuts

Cooking

Pastry

Sift the flour, add soda and starch. Beat the egg with sugar and salt. Add melted margarine. Mash the mass with wooden spoon and add vanilla sugar. Mix egg mass with flour and knead the pastry.

Filling

Peel and cube the apples. Heat sugar slightly and mix it with apples. Peel and cut bananas finely. Whip them with mixer in order to get the homogenous mass. Combine fruits with raisins.

Grease the baking tray with dairy butter. Roll half of the pastry, place it on the baking tray and put the stuffing above. Cover filling with the second part of the pastry. Powder the pie with ground walnuts and bake it in the oven at 200°C.

Serve with jam.
