- 6 champignons
- 2 eggs
- 200 ml bright beer
- 100 g wheat flour
- 100 g hard cheese
- sour cream – to taste
- salt – to taste
- ground black pepper – to taste
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them with sunflower oil. Grate the hard cheese. Combine the following ingredients: eggs, beer, flour, cheese, salt and ground black pepper. Mix the mixture until smooth.
Peel the champignons and cut the stipes. Dip the mushrooms in the batter and fry them in a big quantity of sunflower oil.
Pour the dish with sour cream and serve while the mushrooms are still hot. Place some fresh tomatoes and culinary plants on a plate as a side.
