Beef and potato cutlets

Ingredients:

  • 100 g (3,5 oz) beef
  • 1 potato
  • 1/4 of bulb onion
  • 2 tsp of dairy butter
  • 1/4 of egg
  • 1/2 tsp of salt solution

Cooking

Boil potato and meat. Peel potato and mince it. Then mince the boiled beef. Add finely cut bulb onion, raw egg, and salt solution. Mix everything properly and mince the mass again. Make cutlets from this mass and bake them in the oven.

Serve beef and potato cutlets with vegetables.
