- 1 kg (2,2 lb) beef liver
- 1 bulb onion
- 200 g (0,44 lb) white cabbage
- 2 potatoes
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp soda
- 1/2 tsp citric acid
- 3 tbsp flour
- ground black pepper – to taste
- salt – to taste
- vegetable oil (for frying)
Peel a bulb onion and slice it. Peel potatoes and chop them. Combine the ingredients, add beef liver and mince the ingredients. Next add an egg, salt, pepper, soda, citric acid, finely cut cabbage and flour. Mix everything carefully and leave the mass for 5 minutes.
Preheat vegetable oil in a frying pan and pour the prepared mass in the form of cutlets above. Cover the lid and fry the cutlets on both sides.
Serve the beef liver cutlets with a vegetable salad.
