Beetroot salad

Ingredients:

  • 4 potatoes
  • 1 beetroot
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 pickled cucumbers
  • 100 g of pickled cabbage
  • 1 soaked apple
  • 50 g of bulb onion
  • 3 tbsp of sunflower oil
  • 50 g of vinegar
  • 1 tsp of mustard
  • salt – to taste
  • sugar – to taste

Cooking

Boil potatoes, beetroot and carrot. Cool, peel and dice vegetables. Cube an apple. Peel and chop a bulb onion. Cut cucumbers and chop pickled cabbage. Mix all the ingredients together.

Combine sugar and sunflower oil. Add mustard, sugar, and vinegar. Stir everything properly. Dress the salad with the prepared seasoning.
