“Boats” with chicken stuffing

060Ingredients (for 8 portions):

  • 1 chicken brisket
  • 8 lettuce leaves
  • 4 tbsp of tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp of sour cream

Cooking

Boil the chicken brisket and cut it into little pieces. Wash lettuce leaves. Place meat on each lettuce leaf. Pour 1 tsp of tomato paste and 1/2 of sour cream above the meat.

Tip! You may decorate the boats with olives and parsley twigs.
