Cabbage dumplings

  • 500 g cabbage
  • 2 tbsp grated hard cheese
  • 1 tbsp semolina
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp dried breadcrumbs
  • 0.5 glass tomato sauce
  • salt – to taste
  • black ground pepper – to taste

Cooking

Boil cabbage in salted water. Place it on the colander and wait until water flows down. Mince the cabbage. Add grated cheese, semolina, eggs, salt, and pepper. Mix the ingredients properly. Bring salted water to boil. Take some mass with the help of the spoon, shape the “ball” and dip it in the boiling water. Boil dumplings for 20 minutes.

Place cooked dumplings on the colander and wait until water flows down. Put them on a dish and powder with dried breadcrumbs. Serve cabbage dumplings with tomato sauce.
