Cake “Rose”

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 200 g sugar
  • 160 g flour
  • vanilla – to taste

Cooking

Beat up the eggs with sugar. Then add flour and vanilla. Pour the dough on a baking tray (1/2 of the tsp). Put it in the oven and bake the cake for 2-3 minutes. Shape roses from 3-5 hot “petals”. You can use long thin biscuits in order to fix the shape of the cake.
