Calamary and peach salad

Ingredients:

  • 100-150 g calamaries
  • 1 tbsp red wine
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 peach
  • spinach
  • crumbly cheese
  • salt
  • black ground pepper

Cooking

Combine red wine, olive oil, garlic, red pepper, salt, and black ground pepper. Then place calamares in the marinade and leave them for 30 minutes. Cut peach and spinach. Fry the calamares for 45 seconds – 1 minute. Mix the calamares with spinach, peach, and crumbly cheese.
