Carrot, Rice And Egg Salad

 salat-xrizantema_1423489103_fe_12_maxIf you want to cook something really tasty and time-saving, then read this recipe. As the result of the combination of carrot and other salad products you can get a rather delicious and useful dish. The component combination of this salad is full of vitamins. For instance, carrot has a lot of various microelements and mineral substances. Everybody knows about its healthfulness since the carrot contains vitamin A and helps to normalize your digestive system and eyesight.

Ingredients:

  • 5 eggs
  • 4 carrots
  • 1 tin of fish
  • 3/4 cup of rice
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 big bulb onions
  • mayonnaise – to taste
  • sunflower oil (for frying)

Cooking

Wash and boil rice until done. Rinse carrots, peel the vegetables and grate them. Peel bulb onions, cut them finely and brown in sunflower oil. Hard boil eggs, peel and chop them. Open the tin with the fish and cut it finely

Now all the ingredients for the salad are prepared. We will arrange them in layers.

Combine the rice and mayonnaise, the mixture will form the first layer. The second layer is the combination of the carrot and onion. The third layer will form the fish mixed with garlic, and the fourth – the boiled eggs. Grease each layer, except the first one, with mayonnaise.
