Chicken cutlets for children

Cook light and tender chicken cutlets. Your kids will definitely like these juicy patty cakes served with fresh vegetables.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups minced meat (chicken)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1/2 tsp leaven
  • 1 bulb onion
  • dairy butter (for frying)

Cooking

Combine flour and leaven. Stir in minced meat and mix the ingredients carefully. Set aside the mass for a while. Then beat the eggs and add them.

Peel a bulb onion, grate it finely, and combine with the prepared mixture. Preheat the frying pan and place the mincemeat shaped in the form of patty cakes there. Fry the cutlets on both sides until golden brown and cooked through. Then turn off the fire and cover the lid. Set aside the dish for 10 minutes and then serve the cutlets.
