Ingredients:
- 175 g dairy butter
- 1 egg
- 125 g caster sugar
- 40 g cacao
- 250 g flour
- rind of 1/2 lemon
- cinnamon
- chocolate icing
- jam
- salt – to taste
Cooking
Melt dairy butter. Combine it with egg, sugar, and other ingredients. Knead dough properly and leave it in the fridge for 1hour. Then roll it and cut out the cakes of different shape. Bake them for 12 minutes at 180°C. When the cakes cool, put them on a dish, pour with jam, chocolate icing and powder with caster sugar.
