Chocolate cakes with coconut flakes



  • 1,3 glass of flour
  • 1/4 tsp soda
  • 2 tsp leaven
  • 3/4 glass of cocoa powder
  • 1/8 tbsp salt
  • 3 tbsp dairy butter
  • 1,5 glass of sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 tsp of vanillin
  • 1 glass of milk


  • 225 g cream cheese
  • 110 g dairy butter
  • 1 tsp of vanillin
  • 1,5 tsp of coconut essence
  • 4-5 glass of powdered sugar
  • сoconut flakes



Whip cream cheese and butter for 4 minutes. Add vanillin, coconut essence and powdered sugar. Whip the ingredients till the homogenous mass.


Combine flour, leaven, soda, cocoa and salt. Mix and sift the ingredients. Froth dairy butter and sugar in a big bowl. Finally you should get fluffy and light mass. Fold in the eggs one by one. Whip the ingredients carefully after each adding. Next add vanillin, then bake mix and milk in turn. Whip the ingredients properly.

Grease baking cups with dairy butter and then fill the ¾ of each cup with the prepared dough. Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake the cakes for 15-17 minutes. After cool the dessert and decorate it with icing and coconut flakes.
