Once you cook these chocolate cupcakes, you’ll make them over and over again.
They are so moist and decadent that the chocolate lovers of your family won’t be able to stop at one.
Moreover, these chocolate cupcakes are so bright that they can become a decoration of your festive table. Make some for your next party and you’ll see how all your guests will go overboard.
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp leaven
- 100 ml milk
- 5 tbsp cocoa
- 200 (7 oz) flour
- 150 g (5 oz) sugar
- 150 g (5 oz) dairy butter
- 4 tbsp cocoa
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp dairy butter
- 5 tbsp cream (20%)
- caramelized milk – to taste
- topping – to taste
Combine dairy butter, cocoa, sugar, and milk. Bring the mass to boil and then cool it.
Stir in eggs and mix everything carefully. Add flour and leaven. Knead the dough (it should not have a thick consistency).
Grease silicone baking molds with dairy butter and fill 2/3 of each mold with the prepared dough. Bake the cakes in the preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 20-25 minutes.
Let’s cook the hard sauce. Combine sour cream, cocoa, sugar, and dairy butter. Bring the mass to boil and then cool the mass.
Grease the baked cakes with the prepared hard sauce. Put the condensed milk and topping above before serving.
