- 75 g dairy butter
- 600 g curds
- a pinch of salt
- 220 g black chocolate
- 3 eggs
- 150 g flour
- 1.5 tsp baking powder
- 300 g fruits / berries – to your taste
- 150 g sugar
- 400 ml cream (fat content – 35%)
Melt chocolate in a bain-marie. Cool it. Melt dairy butter. Whip dairy butter, salt, and sugar with mixer. Whip eggs with this mass one by one. Do not turn off the mixer and add sifted flour and baking powder. Then pour the chocolate.
Put the baking paper on the baking tray. Grease its sides with dairy butter and powder them with flour. Put the pastry there. Bake the cake at 175°C for 30 minutes.
Cool cooked cake and cut it into two parts.
Whip the cream. Add curds and mix until the mass becomes homogenous.
Put the cream on the lower shortcake, add sliced fruits / berries. Put the cream again. Place the second shortcake above. Grease it with the cream and decorate with fruits/ berries. Place the cake in the fridge.
