Cinnamon buns

 

Ingredients:

  • 200 g kefir
  • 1 egg
  • 4 tbsp milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 20 g yeast
  • 20 g margarine

Stuffing:

  • 100 g sugar
  • 20 g vegetable oil
  • 30 g cinnamon

Cooking

Combine kefir, milk, egg, yeast, margarine, salt and sugar. Mix everything and knead dough. Let it rise in a warm place. Wait until the dough increases twice. Divide it in half. Roll out the dough and cut it into little cookies. Grease them with vegetable oil and top with sugar and cinnamon. Twist the cookies into rolls and cut them into little buns. Place them on the baking sheet greased with butter and frost the rolls. Bake the buns at 180°C in the preheated oven. Cook them for 20-25 minutes or till golden crisp.
