Cocktail “mint apricot”

  • 70 g apricot juice
  • 20 g lemon juice
  • 4 mint twigs
  • 4 fresh apricots
  • 10 ml mint syrup
  • 3 ice cubes

Cooking

Mash mint twigs, press them and pour the juice in a glass. Add 3 ice cubes, apricot and lemon juices, and mint syrup. Cut apricots finely and place them in a glass. Decorate the cocktail with slices of apricot.
