Corn and potato soup

Ingredients:

  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 1 parsley root
  • 1 bulb onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 50 g corn kernels
  • 1 tsp dairy butter
  • meat broth
  • culinary plants – to taste
  • salt – to taste

Cooking

Peel potatoes and carrot. Cube the potatoes and slice the carrot. Chop bulb onion, parsley root and celery stalk finely. Boil the corn kernels. Fry the bulb onion and the roots slightly.

Bring water / meat broth to boil. Put potato and carrot there. At the end of boiling add parsley root, celery stalk and corn kernels. Mix the ingredients and boil the soup till done.

Top the dish with cut culinary plants before serving.
