Crawfish kulish

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg of crawfish
  • 500 g of millet
  • 150 g of bulb onion
  • salt – to taste

Cooking

Wash crawfishes, scald them with boiling water and cut off the heads. Stuff bellies of the crawfishes with washed millet. Place them in a pan, pour with water, salt, add finely cut bulb onion and boil.
