Crayfish sandwiches

  • 10 crayfish
  • 1 tbsp sour cream
  • 1/2 tbsp adjika sauce
  • 2 tbsp salt
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1/2 lemon
  • a little bunch of dill and parsley
  • 3 black-eyed peas
  • 5 tomatoes
  • 5 eggs
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 500 g whole wheat bread
  • 200 g cheese

Cooking

Slice whole wheat bread. Place it in an oven and roast slightly. Then grease the slices of bread with mayonnaise.

Wash crayfish thoroughly. Pour water in a big pan. Chop dill and parsley. Combine the crayfish, lemon, culinary plants, bay leaf, salt and black-eyed peas. Then add sour cream and adjika sauce. Bring the mixture to boil and leave it for half an hour. Then bring to boil the mass again. Add the crayfish there. Cook the ingredients 20 minutes after the boiling.

Boil and peel eggs. Chop them finely. Peel crayfish and cut it. Combine the prepared ingredients with mayonnaise and mix them.

Wash and cut tomatoes into circles. Place the tomatoes and salad above the bread slices. Top everything with cheese. Place the sandwiches in an oven for 2 minutes and serve.
