Cream and chocolate jelly

Ingredients:

  • 6 cups of cream
  • 2 bars of chocolate
  • 40 g of gelatin
  • 1.5 cup of water
  • 1/4 of vanilla powder
  • 0.75 cup of sugar

Cooking

Dissolve gelatin in warm water. Add cream, grated chocolate, sugar, and vanilla powder. Mix everything carefully. Boil the mass, then filter it and stir until it thickens. Transfer the jelly to dessert bowls and cool it in a fridge.
