Ideas for creams and spreads

Salty cream

Grind salty or smoked fish, add cut boiled or fried meat, vegetables, and mushrooms. You can even add tinned fish. Dress everything with mayonnaise or sour cream. Mix the ingredients and serve with toasts or crackers.

Radish cream

Grate 100 g of radish.  Add 1 tbsp of finely cut parsley and dill. Salt everything and  mix with 2 tbsp of sour cream.

Curd cream

Grate 150 g of curds. Add 2 grated cloves of garlic, salt and 0.5 glass of sour cream. Mix everything properly.

Fish cream

Combine filleted fish (hot smoking), grated horseradish, and processed cheese. Stir the ingredients.

Apple cream

Combine processed cheese and finely cut sour-sweet apples. Mix everything thoroughly.

Horseradish cream

Combine 3 tbsp of fried ground nuts, lemon juice, and processed cheese. Stir everything properly.
