This creamy and cheese dessert is so colorful and bright that it will definitely become the winner on any festive table.
- 450 g sour cream (a low fat content)
- 4 tsp gelatin
- 400 g cottage
- powdered sugar – to taste
- food coloring (chocolate and cherry)
Put gelatin in a bowl. Pour it with 3/4 glass of cooled boiled water. Double boil the gelatin.
Combine cottage, sour cream and powdered sugar. Mix everything and add the dissolved gelatin. Divide the mixture into 3 parts. Add the chocolate food coloring to the first one and the cherry food coloring to the second one.
Take a baking cup and pour 6 tbsp of the chocolate mass there. Then add 6 tbsp of the cherry mass and 6 tbsp of the white mass. Alternate the mixture in dependence to the color. Place the dessert in the fridge for 4 hours and then serve it.
