Curd baked pudding with pear and dried fruit

Ingredients:

  • 600 g curds
  • 150 g pear
  • 100 g dried fruits
  • 70 g semolina
  • 2 eggs
  • 70 g wheat flour
  • 50 g sugar
  • 10 g vanilla sugar
  • 100 g sour cream
  • 100 g dairy butter

Cooking

Grind curds with eggs. Add semolina, sugar, vanilla sugar, sour cream and melted dairy butter. Then put flour and finely cut dried fruits. Mix the ingredients properly.

Peel pears, remove the seeds and slice them.

Place curd mass in the baking tray greased with dairy butter. Put slices of pear above. Bake the curd pudding at 180°C for 40 minutes.

Serve it with sour cream.
