Curd cake


  • 150 g of flour
  • 120 g of dairy butter
  • 50 g of sugar
  • ground lemon rind
  • half a lemon (juice)
  • salt


  • 300 g of curds
  • 300 g of dairy butter
  • 150 g of sugar
  • half a lemon (juice)
  • 3 yolks
  • 2 tbsp of sour cream
  • 1 tbsp of flour
  • vanillin
  • raisins


Mix all ingredients and knead the pastry. Roll some thin layers from the pastry. Bake them in the sheet (for cakes). Grind curds through the colander and mix thoroughly with other products (for filling). Place on the baked shortcakes stuffing. Put one shortcake over another, etc. Grease with yolk the upper layer and bake until the cake gets golden color.
