Ingredients:
- 700 g curds
- 1egg
- 25 g soft margarine
- 60 g flour
- 1 package of vanilla sugar
- 100 g coconut flakes
- salt
- sugar
- strawberries
Cooking
Wash and dry strawberries. Combine egg, sugar, curds, and flour. Then add soft margarine. Mix the ingredients thoroughly. Shape the “ovals” from the cooked mass. Place a strawberry in the centre of each “oval”.
Then boil “curd eggs”. When they come to rise, take off the “eggs” with the colander. Let water trickle down and roll the “eggs” in the coconut.
