Ingredients:
- 250 g of sour cream
- 150 g of lettuce
- 400 g of curds
- 10 g of sugar
- salt – to taste
Cooking
Wash lettuce in cold water. Place it on the towel for drying. Then chop lettuce. Powder low-fat with sugar, add some salt and press it thorough the dense sieve. Add lettuce to the mass. Dress salad with sour cream and place it in the fridge for a couple of hours. When the salad gets saturated, decorate it with chopped spring onion and serve.
