Kartofel-naya-lepeshkaIngredients:

  • 1 kg potato
  • 100 g pork
  • 50 g wheat flour
  • 100 g bulb onion
  • 5 g soda
  • 100 g dairy butter
  • salt - to taste
  • black ground pepper - to taste

Cooking

Peel potato and grate it. Add fried pork, wheat flour, finely cut bulb onion, salt, pepper, and soda. Mix the ingredients properly. Place the cooked mass on the greased with dairy butter baking pan. Sprinkle the drachena with dairy butter and bake it in the oven. Pour the dish with melted dairy butter before serving.
