Egg and Cucumber Starter

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 4 tbsp sour cream
  • 4 fresh cucumbers
  • 4 pickled cucumbers
  • several slices of rye bread
  • black ground pepper – to taste
  • salt – to taste

Cooking

Hard boil eggs, cool, peel, and cut them finely. Rinse, peel, and chop fresh cucumbers. Dice pickled cucumbers. Combine all the ingredients together. Dress them with sour cream. Adjust salt and black ground pepper to your taste. Arrange the prepared mass above slices of rye bread and serve.
