Fish “sausages” topped with garlic

Ingredients:

  • 500 g fish fillet
  • 50 g bulb onion
  • 50 g white bread
  • 100 g milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 g sunflower oil
  • 50 g garlic
  • salt – to taste
  • ground black pepper – to taste
  • garlic – to taste
  • breadcrumbs

Cooking

Cut fish fillet into medium pieces. Peel bulb onion and chop it. Soak white bread in milk. Combine the ingredients and mince them. Add raw eggs, salt and pepper. Mix everything thoroughly.

Form “sausages” from the stuffing. Crumb them and fry on sunflower oil.

Top the fish appetizer with squeezed garlic and serve it hot with fried potatoes.
