Ingredients:
- 1 kg of kraut
- 150 g of salo
- 1.5 of bulb onion
- 0.5 tsp of sugar
- 3 black eyed peas
Cooking
Cube salo and fry it slightly. Add chopped bulb onion and continue to fry 12-15 minutes more. Then add wrung out kraut. Mix everything properly and fry. Dress fried cabbage with sugar and pepper.
