- 100 g of dried apples
- 100 g of dried pears
- 100 g of dried plums/ apricots/ cherries
- 120 g of sour cream
- 80 g of milk
- 10 g of flour
- 700 ml of water
Wash and chop dried fruits finely, place them in a pan with boiling water. At first put the prepapred apples and pears. When they become soft, add plumps or apricots or cherries (you may choose any fruits you wish). Boil the ingredients but you should keep in mind that they should not be overcooked.
Combine sour cream with flour and milk. Stie everything properly. At the end of the fruit boiling, add the milky mixture to the pan. Bring the ingredients to boil and set aside to let the dish draw.
Serve the fruit dessert hot or cold (it is tasty this way and that).
