- 300 g of radish
- 3-4 tbsp of sunflower oil
- 1 bulb onion / 1 spring onion
- salt – to taste
Wash, peel and grate radish. Mix it with chopped onion, sunflower oil, and salt. You can substitute radish by carrot partially. Also you can use sour cream instead of sunflower oil.
