We propose you the recipe for a nourishing salad with ham which is one of the most favorite products of those who like tasty food. Ham is a good variant as a component for salads because you don’t need to cook the meat, you simply cut the ham and add it to a salad. This ham, mushroom, and cucumber salad will become a good solution for your festive table.
- 400 g (9/10 lb) smoked ham
- 300 g (3/5 lb) pickled champignons
- 200 g (2/5 lb) fresh cucumbers
- 2 potatoes
- 3 eggs
- 200 g (2/5 lb) sour cream
- salt – to taste
- black ground pepper – to taste
Slice smoked ham. Chop cucumbers and champignons finely. Boil, peel and dice potatoes. After boil, peel and chop eggs.
Toss all the ingredients together in a large salad bowl. Stir them gently and stir in salt and pepper. Season the salad with sour cream and refrigerate it for half an hour before serving.
