Honey lollipops

  • 1.5 tbsp of honey
  • 2 glasses of granulated sugar
  • 40 g of dairy butter
  • 2 tbsp of boiled water
  • 2 tbsp of red currant syrup
  • sunflower oil
  • salt (tip of the knife)

Cooking

Combine sugar, water and red currant syrup in a pan. Boil the mass. At the end add salt, honey and dairy butter. Cook it for a couple of minutes more.

Grease lollipop moulds with dairy butter, pour the mass there and stick little sticks into it. You can cut out the sticks from any fruit tree.

Tip! Lollipops can be boiled with chocolate, cocoa, coffee grounds, lemon juice, and fruit syrup. Instead of dairy butter you may use purified oil.
