This turkey omelette served with fresh vegetables is a great idea to serve your relatives for breakfast.
Ingredients:
- 800 g (28 oz) boneless turkey
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
- 1/2 tsp ground red pepper
- 300 ml broth
- salt – to taste
Omelette
- 2 eggs
- 3 tbsp milk/cream
- salt – to taste
Side
- 2 fresh cucumbers
- 4 fresh tomatoes
- a bunch of lettuce leaves
- 2 carrots
- 2 potatoes
- 1/2 glass of pickled green peas
- 30 g (1 oz) parsley
Cooking
Cut turkey into medium pieces and beat them. Rub the meat with salt and pepper. Mix it with sunflower oil and place in a fridge for 8-10 hours.
Then beat eggs and cream. Salt the mass and cook the omelette.
Place the prepared omelette above the meat. Roll the meat and fix it with a help of a thread. Pour the roll with broth and boil it over low heat for 1,5 – 2 hours. Cool the roll in a broth and place it in under an easy press. Then put the roll in a fridge for 1-2 hours.
Boil potatoes, peel and cube them. Wash lettuce leaves and tear them into medium pieces. Peel carrots and slice them. Cut cucumber and tomatoes into semi-circles. Dole the ingredients on a separate plate. Add green peas and top everything with chopped parsley.
Cut the prepared roll into pieces, place them on a platter. Serve with garnish.
