Ingredients:
- 500 g of beef
- 2 bulb onions
- 3 tbsp of fat
- 1.5 glass of sour cream tomato sauce
- salt – to taste
- black ground pepper – to taste
Cooking
Mince beef twice, salt and pepper it. Add slightly fried onion. Then add milk or water (1 tbsp), mix properly. Form meat sausages (the length of each is 12-15 cm, the diameter – 1,5 cm) and fry them. Pour sausages with sour cream tomato sauce and stew a little.
Serve with vegetables.
