  • a pinch of yeast
  • 1-2 thyme twigs
  • 200 g (7 oz) flour
  • 100 g (3,5 oz) ham
  • 3-4 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 100-120 g (3,5 -4 oz) cheese

Cooking

Sift wheat flour and mix it with salt. Pour olive oil above. Then add yeast and stir everything carefully. Pour 80-90 ml of warm water above and start kneading a dough. Knead until you get a soft and elastic dough. Set aside the dough for 20 minutes. Then roll the dough and divide it into two equal parts. Shape each part of the dough in the form of a boat. Grease the dough with tomato sauce.

Cube ham. Peel a bulb onion and cut it into semi-circles. Top everything with grated cheese. Add sliced tomatoes. Then decorate the pizzas with some onion and thyme twigs.

Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Transfer the pizzas there. Preheat an oven to 180°C (356°F) and bake the pizzas for 20-25 minutes. Serve them hot.

Enjoy your meal!
