  • 200 g (0,44 lb) flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 ml milk
  • 60 g (0,13 lb) sugar
  • 10 g (0,02 lb) leaven
  • 1 tsp sunflower oil
  • a pinch of salt

Cooking

Place walnuts in an oven and dry them slightly. Then peel and chop the nuts finely. If you want to let your pie have a light orange tincture that you should use baked condensed milk.

Beat eggs and add 2/3 of tin with condensed milk. Whip the ingredients by the help of a blender. Next add sugar, sifter flour, leaven and salt. Mix everything carefully and whip again.

Add walnuts to the dough (leave some nuts for the pie decoration). Stir the dough and pour it in a greased with dairy butter baking sheet. Bake the pie in the oven at 180°C (356°F) for 30-35 minutes. The cake should get a golden color.

Combine the left condensed milk with warm milk and stir them until you get a homogenous mass.

Then stick the cooled pie with a toothpick or a fork all over the cake. Pour it with the prepared mixture and leave the pie for 20 minutes. In that case it will become juicy and flavorful.

Top the pie with chopped walnuts and serve.

Enjoy your meal!
