Oyster mushroom salad

vesh-2The warm salads have one disadvantage – they are not tasty when they get cold.

We call your attention to the salad recipe which is delicious when it is hot and when it is cooled!

Ingredients:

  • 2 carrots
  • 1 bulb onion
  • 2 potatoes
  • 4 little pickled cucumbers
  • 600 g oyster mushrooms
  • 6-8 parsley twigs
  • sunflower oil
  • salt – to taste
  • ground black pepper – to taste

Cooking

Wash carrots and mushrooms. Grate the carrots. Peel and slice the bulb onion. Cut the pickled cucumbers into strips. Wash and chop parsley. Peel, cube potato and fry it on sunflower oil. Then add the bulb onion and the carrot. Cut the mushrooms and fry them on another frying-pan. Mix all the ingredients. Salt and pepper them.

Serve the salad cooled or hot.
