Pancake pie with tomatoes, mushrooms and cheese


This pancake pie with mushrooms, tomatoes, and cheese is the perfect option for your festive table.



  • 3 chicken eggs
  • 300 ml milk
  • 150 g flour
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • salt – to taste
  • sugar – to taste


  • 300 g champignons
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 200 g cheese
  • 2 cloves of garlic


Whip eggs with milk. Next add flour, salt and sugar. Chop parsley finely and add it to batter. Stir everything carefully. Preheat a frying pan and cook the pancakes on both sides. At the end you should get 5-6 pancakes.

Wash tomatoes and mushrooms. Cut tomatoes into circles. Peel mushrooms and slice them. Grate cheese. Brown the champignons slightly and salt them. Peel and squeeze garlic.

Place one pancake in a spring form. Place tomatoes and mushrooms above. Salt and pepper the ingredients. Then add mixed with garlic cheese. Cover everything with second pancake. Repeat the procedure till you use all the ingredients. Top the upper pancake only with cheese and place the bakery mold in an oven. Bake the pancake pie at 180 °C for 15-20 minutes.

Tip! This pie can be served hot or cold. At your choice.
