Ingredients:
- 3/4 cups of semolina
- 3 cups of sour milk
- 3/4 cups of wheat flour
- 1 tbsp of dairy butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp of salt
- 3 tsp of sugar
Cooking
Bring 1 cup of milk to boil, add semolina, 1/2 tbsp of dairy butter and boil the mass. Then cool it. Next add wheat flour, 2 cups of milk, eggs, 1/2 tbsp of dairy butter, and salt. Mix the ingredients thoroughly and fry pancakes on a frying pan. Serve the pancakes hot.
