Pangasius in tomato sauce

  • 1 pangasius fillet
  • 2 bulb onions
  • 100 g tomato ketchup
  • 0.5 tsp spicery
  • 10 g sunflower oil
  • salt - to taste
  • black ground pepper - to taste

Cooking

Slice bulb onions, stew them on the frying pan. Put the cut fillet above. Mix tomato ketchup with water, spicery, salt, and pepper. Pour the pangasius with the cooked sauce. Cover the fish and stew it for 20 minutes.
