Apricot pinnyk (soufflé)

Apricot soufflé how to makePinnyk – is a kind of soufflé. This dessert is aerial and flavoured.

Ingredients:

  • 500 g of apricots
  • 8 eggs (white of an egg)
  • 1 glass of sugar
  • 0.1 g of citric acid
  • 1 tsp of dairy butter
  • 1 tbsp of ground breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp of caster sugar

Cooking

Wash apricots, take out stones, put the fruits in a pan and pour them with water. Boil the apricots until soft. Cool them and rub through the sieve. Add sugar, citric acid and whipped whites of eggs. Mix everything properly. Grease a baking tray with butter and powder it with ground breadcrumbs. Place the mass in the baking tray, add caster sugar and bake the dessert in ane oven at 200-250°C.

Serve pennik when it is hot.
